Greetings Reeves families!
MAP Testing is April 15th for ELA and April 17th for Math. Math scores help determine your student’s math placement for next school year. Please make sure your student attends on these dates and gets a good night’s rest beforehand! MAP testing make up day will be April 24th.
Registration opens April 15th for New Market Skills Center Summer Programs! They offer a handful of summer programs for incoming 9th-12th graders, and they always fill up quickly! See the attached flyer for more information.
Reeves Family Engagement night April 25th 4-6pm The whole family is invited to a night of fun, food, and Bingo
Track Season is quickly approaching. 7th & 8th Grade Co-Ed Track runs from May 5 to May 30. There are two track meets: May 16 & 30 at Olympia High School. 6th Grade Co-Ed Track runs from June 2 to June 13. Their track meet: June 13 at Olympia High School.

Practices are right after school on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:00 to 5:30 pm (no practice on Wednesdays).

The Reeves Rams compete against Washington, Marshall, Jefferson, and Griffin Middle Schools.

The registration process - OSD Sports Clearance Process: Final Forms You will need a current copy of your sports physical form and can upload it by scanning it or taking a photo of it with your phone. Physicals are good for 13 months from the date of the exam.

The Pay 2 Play fee is $40 for 7th/8th Grade Track and $20 for 6th Grade Track and can be made online or by calling the front office. Fees are waived and participation is free for families that qualify for Free and Reduced meals.

Reeves 8th Grade Activity Day is coming up on Thursday, June 12, and we need 24 parent volunteers to help make it a success! This year’s event is a scavenger hunt, and each volunteer will guide a team of six students through a fun and memorable day. It’s a full-day commitment (9 AM - 4 PM), but a wonderful way to support our 8th graders as they celebrate their final days at Reeves. This tradition can’t happen without help from parents -- please join us in making it special!
Mark your calendars: Reeves April Showers bring May Flowers student dance! Friday, May 2nd from 7-9pm. $10 entry fee with paid assistance upon request. Please sign up to be a parent volunteer . The Olympia School District Volunteer Application can be found here.
