Stronger together

Circus Club

🎪 Step Right Up to the Reeves Circus Arts Club!

Looking for a fun, creative, and welcoming after-school activity? The brand-new Reeves Circus Arts Club kicks off during the 2026-2027 school year!

Circus arts offer a fantastic, non-competitive physical and mental workout where students can explore new skills at their own pace and have fun. From mastering juggling balls, diablos, and flower sticks to riding unicycles, balancing, and trying out physical comedy and clowning, and more, there is something for everyone. No prior experience or athletic background is required and absolutely everyone and all abilities are welcome.

  • When: 2–3 times per month on select Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Transportation: Participating students are eligible to ride the OSD Activity Bus home after meetings
  • Community Partners: Made possible by a generous grant from WEA Chinook with technical coaching support from Olympia’s Sparrow Studios, and support from Reeves staff.
  • Looking Ahead: In the spring of 2027, club members hope to host an interactive showcase where family and friends can learn tricks taught by our student performers!

How to Join:

Students can drop in anytime once a signed permission slip and safety agreement is on file. We encourage regular participation as we build our circus community. Forms are available in the main office, linked here, or directly from Mr. Claussen.

Come run away with the circus, right here after school!
