Everyone needs help sometimes.  Below are some important quick links & phone numbers, but the complete guide (see link above) offers specific help regarding counseling, support groups, mental health resources, food and clothing support and more.  As citizens of a community, let’s get help when we need it and give help when we can! 

 

If you are being harmed or find yourself in a dangerous relationship, please reach out to someone.  People care and you matter and you have the right to be safe and unharmed.

 

Drug Intervention and Help

  • The Crisis Clinic of Thurston & Mason Counties:  24 hr help; private, anonymous, intervention, support and referrals; interpreters available 
  • Alcoholics Anonymous:  for those seeking to recover from addiction 
  • Providence St. Peter: Chemical Dependency & Problem Gambling:  assessment, outpatient, and education for youth and adults

  • Olympia Union Gospel Mission:  recovery help (Christian based)

 

 Safety

  • Safe Place:  crisis intervention & advocacy.  24hr free emergency support for sexual abuse, assault and domestic (in the home), violence ER shelter, child and adult support, education and trainings in all languages
