Communication & Grading

You may call and leave a message for any staff member by following the menu within the phone system. The school office phone number is 596-3400. All staff members also have e-mail accounts. Check our web page or call for those e-mail addresses. E-mail has proven to be a very effective means of communication. You can receive current information about events at Reeves by accessing our web page.

Parent Conferences

Parent conferences are scheduled each year for all students and as needed throughout the year. These conferences allow for the teaching staff and parents to exchange observations and information that will result in positive academic and social growth by the students. During conference week, school will be dismissed early. We encourage parents to schedule other conferences as needed.

Progress Reports

Parents are encouraged to maintain a regular schedule of monitoring their child's progress through the use of Skyward Family Access. Please contact the teachers or a counselor if you wish assistance in monitoring academic progress.

Report Cards

Report cards are made available online through Skyward Family Access at the end of every semester.
